The BUBBLE X ULTA IO2 SWEEPSTAKES ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of Bubble, Ulta, Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures (“Disney”) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate.

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
The Sweepstakes begins on Monday, May 27, 2024,at 12:00 PM EST and ends on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at 12:00 PM EST ("Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

Each participant may submit one entry. Bubble Brand Ambassadors receive a double entry.
One (1) winner will receive:
Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize: $3,100.
All other expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to flight insurance, travel insurance, extra baggage fees, meals and personal expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. No substitutions allowed except, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a prize (or element thereof) of equal or greater value may be substituted. All taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner.
Sponsor bears no responsibility if any event, element or detail of the prize, including without limitation the screening, is canceled, postponed or becomes unavailable for any reason. Should any event, element or detail of the prize become unavailable, Sponsor shall have no obligation to the winner aside from providing the travel portion of the prize, minus any unavailable event, element or detail. The winner and his/her guest shall be subject to all terms and conditions printed on any ticket issued in conjunction with the prize. In the event the winner and/or guest is denied entry into any ticketed location or is removed or barred from any ticketed location for any other reason, Sponsor is not responsible and no further compensation or award will be provided.
The attendance by any specific cast members, filmmakers, or such other talent from the picture during the screening is not guaranteed. Sponsor does not guarantee any type of meeting or photo opportunity with any cast member or talent from the picture during the trip. In the event the winner and/or guest engage in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip or any element of the prize early, in whole or in part, and send the winner and/or his or her guest home, with no further compensation. Winner and guest must obey all rules and complete any paperwork required for the prize, including but not limited to any additional releases, contracts, non-disclosure agreements, waivers required by the Sponsor and, failure to sign such paperwork and/or to furnish all required information on dates selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion will result in forfeiture of the prize.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on Wednesday, May 29, 2024. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram from @bubble by Wednesday, May 29, 2024. The potential winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If a potential winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner in their place at random from the remaining eligible entries.
The winner must complete and return any required documentation, including a declaration of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release. Travel arrangements will be made upon receipt of the necessary documents.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Additionally, by participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants grant Sponsor’s the right to use the winner’s name and likeness on social media platforms for promotional purposes, without further compensation or approval, except where prohibited by law.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Ulta, Disney, Meta Platforms, Inc. and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
Any information entrants provide will be used for administering the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the state of New York; provided that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the intellectual property of Disney, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California and in the event of any dispute, all entrants irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles, California to resolve such disputes.
